I loved most of this movie. There are a lot of things at play here and most of them land. Controlling your own destiny, dealing with men who have masculinity issues and are abusive. How we become oblivious to those around us and how we hurt them when we become self consumed. But there was just a bit too many loose ends and plot issues that took me out of it that I feel like would have made this a much better movie all around.
