The entire cast gives a peak performance. Phoenix always will deliver, and he does, but it’s John C. Reilly and Jake Gyllenhaal that really stand out. Riz Ahmed is really good and turn his best performance outside of The Night of. The attention to detail brings this world alive the guns, clothing, houses, and towns. This movie breathes because of the details and the performances. I can easily see this becoming a cult classic.
