One of the best actions movies of the 90’s. Why? Because of that awesome 80’s feel. Because of Dennis Hoppers villain laugh. Because Keanu’s one liners. Because of Alan Ruck. Because of bonus Richard Schiff. It never lets up and is constantly moving. Plus the director followed this up with Twister. I mean come on.
